Measure IH, LLC operates this marketing site. It is public pages and a contact form. It does not host Proposal Studio accounts or client portal data. Customers accept the SaaS terms, product privacy policy, and Customer Data Protection agreement at Proposal Studio signup — not on this site.

What we collect here

If you send the contact form we collect name, work email, message, and any company or phone you add. We use that to reply and to follow up on the request. We do not sell it. Support requests are routed via the contact form. Sales questions go to sales@measureih.com.

Who processes it

Form messages are emailed through Resend from forms@measureih.com. If lead intake is configured, a copy is also sent to Proposal Studio so the MeasureIH team can track the conversation. Form submissions may also be stored in Google Firestore (Firebase) used by Measure IH for follow-up. The site is hosted on Vercel. If you accept cookies, Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights may record anonymous page views and performance data. If Google Analytics (GA4) is configured, it may also load after consent.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. We ask for your consent before loading analytics. If you accept, Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and (when configured) Google Analytics may set a small first-party cookie or similar identifier so we can see which pages load and how they perform. You can change your preference anytime via Cookies in the footer.

How long we keep it

Email and lead records stay as long as we need them to finish the conversation and keep ordinary business records. Ask us to delete a marketing inquiry and we will, unless we must keep it for a legal reason.
